The Hinkle–Garton Farmstead is available to rent for private parties, seminars, and other special events. The property provides the perfect location for a variety of occasions, from casual to formal. Options include the first floor interior of the main house and a wide variety of options throughout the grounds. The outbuildings are not accessible at this time. The second house on the property is a residential rental. There are two apartments within the building, a two–bedroom on the first floor, and a one–bedroom attic loft space. Located on the east edge of campus, residents can easily walk or bike to IU, shopping, restaurants, and more. The rental includes access to off–street parking, a large storage shed, and use of the surrounding yard and grounds.
