BRI offers homes for sale through two programs.
The Affordable Housing Program provides homes to families who qualify for affordable housing. These are either older homes that have been renovated, or new homes that have been built to fit in with the surrounding homes in older neighborhoods. The Endangered Historic Properties Program offers homes that need to be renovated by the new purchaser. These are older homes that BRI will guide the new homeowner through the renovation process. Click here for homes that are for sale as rehab projects.
